I’m very happy with NY new laws regarding cannabis. I can always run to the dispensary and get quality product with confidence that it is safe. I would like to have more freedom to share my product similar to the way local farm stands sell their crops. A niche market for small batches of quality flower for barter or currency.

I live in Virginia. It's legal to possess, grow, give and receive as a gift but you cannot legally purchase it for recreational use. The current Governor or Senator is against cannabis, so as long as he's in office it will not be legal to purchase recreationally for the foreseeable future. I'm not bothered by not being able to purchase cannabis because I cultivate my own medicine, frankly I'm not sure I would want to deal with a dispensary and their dirty product. I would just like to finally quit being judged for growing and consuming cannabis. Two years ago I was severely struggling with my alcoholism. I was at the point that if I kept going I'd probably be dead today or close to it. A friend introduced me to the miracle of cultivating cannabis, it wasn't long that I was hooked and I knew that I was saved from alcohol. CANNABIS SAVED MY LIFE ‼️ Today I'm not only free of alcohol, I'm also healthier from all the fresh vegetables that I'm able to provide for my sister and I. Everyone should be able to grow and provide this wonderful medicinal plants without fear of prosecution and being judged harshly.

I'm in ohio. I think it should be completely legal. I think it should be treated like alcohol.

MN currently allows recreational growing for up to 8 plants of which only 4 can be in flower and you may hold up to 2lbs for personal use. At the moment our state is still working on retail sales, with only a limited number of licenses for the public. I would like to see this changed to allow personal sales of surplus weed.

It’s about time we had access to alternatives that can truly improve people’s quality of life. Lets go Kentucky!!

As a Floridian who’s been following the cannabis movement closely, I’ll admit I was disappointed that the recent bill didn’t pass. It felt like we were finally getting close to real progress. Recreational use and growing at home would be game-changers for patients like me who rely on affordable, high-quality options instead of overpriced dispensaries.

Still, I’m staying optimistic. I see the growing support in our community, and it’s clear people are starting to understand how important this is—not just for medical users but for everyone who values personal freedom. Here’s hoping next year’s efforts will bring better results. We’ve come too far to stop now!
